Position Description


Corporate Controller


Dynamic, pre-IPO company seeks a Corporate Controller who will be responsible for leading the accounting and reporting functions for this rapidly growing company.  The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing and preparing the SEC documents for the company, financial statement preparation, creating and improving processes to allow for the continued growth of the company, and working with the internal audit group to ensure Sarbanes Oxley Compliance.   


Qualification RequirementsCPA required with 8+ years of public/private accounting experienceIdeal candidate will have experience at a senior accounting level at a public companyPublic company financial reporting experience and Sarbanes Oxley compliance experience desiredCandidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to both delegate effectively as well as be hands on.  IPO experience desired but not required
