Corporate Reference Librarian

The successful candidate will have:Experience with using LexisNexis, Westlaw, DeaLogic, Sharkrepellent, Mergermetrics, Bloomberg, NewsEdge and Lexis Publisher Experience working with corporate and securities documents, transactions and issues Demonstrated familiarity with SEC form filings including searching same to locate precedents MLS degree from accredited University 1-3 years of corporate library experience Superior customer service skills Strong knowledge of online databases and other research systems Strong understanding and knowledge of corporate documents Flexibility

As the Reference Librarian you will:Perform all research in person, via telephone and in writing Educate firm personnel Extensively research using published sources, telephone contacts, in-house precedents, and databases
