Corporate Tax Attorney - Implementation

Our company provides sophisticated tax planning and wealth preservation to closely held businesses and their ownership groups in the US and Canada. We need your strong tax planning and financial expertise to contribute to the strategic development of this organization.

 

Your will be responsible with interfacing with our tax consultants, clients and their professional advisors.  You will have the chance to utilize your training and experience to bring tremendous value to our clients, as well as, assist and share in our sustained double-digit growth. Qualified professionals must have a minimum of three (3) years corporate and personal tax planning experience; additional areas of practice experience desired: entity structuring and asset protection, succession and retirement planning.

 

A J.D. is required for this position. 

 

In this position you will work as a team with other experienced professionals to implement personalized and comprehensive strategies to our clients. If you seek one-on-one client interaction, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and are a great communicator this opportunity is for you.  This position requires very minor travel commitments.

 

First year earnings range of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
