Supervision of Accounting Coordinator. Enforce Accounting procedures and policies as they apply to Accounting Coordinator. Follow up on deadlines and review reports. Support Accounting Coordinator on accounting personnel responsibilities Supervision of Staff Accountant II. Enforce Accounting procedures and policies as they apply to Staff Accountant II Supervise Fixed Asset and Capital Project management. Follow up on deadlines and review reports. Enforce Accounting procedures and policies as they apply to other departments. Enforce Human Resources policies and procedures as they apply to Accounting personnel. Responsible for product costing. Maintenance of Oracle system cost requirements (departments, resources, routers, bill of materials, item numbers, and item costs. Standard cost updates. Calculation of labor and overhead standard rates. Assembly cost roll-up procedures. Maintenance of product cost files and binders. Calculation of annual and mid-year forecast production hours updates Pay is Negotible.
