Costpoint Project Analyst- Billing SME

Initially, this role will be providing support to the Costpoint Accounting Operations A/R Process Manager and O&M Team members to ensure the successful A/R and billing conversion for the remaining SAIC organizations onto Costpoint. During the implementation period, this role will provide training and guidance to the line organizations and assist with conversion activities. Longer term, this role will be part of the ongoing support organization, with the following responsibilities for billing and accounts receivable Support Process Managers with testing of new Costpoint functionality and upgrades as required Support end users through ad-hoc responses to queries (e.g., support end users to review process for updating retroactive billing rates for legacy contract invoices) Support development and delivery of Costpoint training materials Run ad-hoc queries and obtain information to support process owners as required Run standard reports and perform standard reconciliations Run exception reports to verify consistent usage of the Costpoint system Reconcile various Costpoint tables to ensure data is being captured consistently Identify issues during reconciliation Follow-up with line organizations with issues and exceptions to drive resolution Monitor and maintain compliance metrics Develop and maintain standard compliance measurement reports (to be defined and created) Monitor compliance reports to provide feedback to Business Units and process owners on system usage Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure more effective use of system according to policies and processes going forward Provide support to the O&M team as required Bachelor Degree or equivalent and 9+ years of experience is preferred.   “SAIC offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
