 Responsibilities:

•Manage all functions related to Accounts Receivable including:

•Daily operations.

•Collection Calls.

•Resolve Credit Issues.

•Maintain and update credit files.

•Prepare and analyze customer monthly A/R worksheets.

•Reconcile cash and accounts receivable monthly.

•Perform various reconciliations of accounts at month end.

•Assist Business Manager in preparing monthly financial statements.

•Maintain and reconcile depreciation schedule.

•Manage administration staff-receptionist and clerical.

•Complete other miscellaneous projects as assigned by Business Manager.

 

Qualifications:

•Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred.

•Two or more years accounting experience preferred.

•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

•Experience making collection calls a plus.

•Excellent organizational skills.

•Ability to work independently.

•PC experience: Excel.

• Must pass Drug Screen, Background Check and Credit Check.

• Must qualify for correctional facility security clearance.
