 Credit Clerk with Notice to Owner Experience

Titan America LLC has an immediate opening in our Credit Department with Notice To Owner (NTO) processing experience.  This is a non-exempt full time position, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities:Input and manage Database containing records of all NTO’s, customer information, contact logs, etc. Prepare and process Notice to Owner liens in accordance with established procedures. Be familiar with laws and regulations governing liens Resolve disputes involving NTO’s. Prepare and consolidate monthly reports using Excel

 

Qualifications:High School education or equivalent, plus 1-3 years job-related prior experience. Working knowledge of computer software packages including Excel, SAP or similar  Good math, reasoning and communications skills. Well organized. Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain a courteous, professional attitude with customers and co-workers at all times.  Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge and ability to research information using a variety of sources, primarily online resources such as government websites. Attendance must be reliable and dependable
