Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  NO-13074-507895 Location:  Downers Grove, IL 60515 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Exciting opportunity to join an industry leader!!! Due to growth in this worldwide service and delivery company, opportunity currently being offered as a credit analyst.  Responsibilities: Gain a thorough understanding of each customer’s requisition, billing, & payment approval processes, and develop automated processes to meet the customer requirements. Process credit requests for incorrect billings, late fees, and interest charges. Make effective collection calls and enforce timely payments by customers. Utilize  systems to develop improved billing, and payment remittance processes that meets the needs of both the customer and company. Analyze creditworthiness of customers and make credit recommendations. Assist Credit Manager with special projects and make recommendations for departmental process improvements.  Requirements: 3-4 years experience in credit & collections Good PC and Windows knowledge Strong systems skills. Experience with J.D. Edwards software is a plus. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) Ability to work well both independently and to interact well with other departments.
