You will work side by side with the Department Manager to service a large Accounts Receivable portfolio.   Duties: Ø Establish new accounts – bank/trade references/Dun & Bradstreet reports Ø Commercial Collections Ø Billing – create invoices on a daily basis Ø Payment posting – checks and credit cards   Qualifications: Ø 2 years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience Ø Bi-lingual Spanish preferred Ø Accounting software experience a huge plus – EDI, PeopleSoft, MAS90, etc. Ø Knowledge of Excel a must   Pay:  $14.00 – $17.00 per hourSalary/Pay Rate: $14.00-$17.00 per hour About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
