As a Credit Operations Manager you will oversee the customer support and dispute resolution activities for our clients’ credit organization. This position is accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining sound credit policies and processes to ensure outstanding service to internal and external customers and prompt, efficient resolution or collection of customer deductions and disputes.This position is directly responsible for A/R portfolios with annual revenues of $2 billion and average receivables of $160 million. Position has 3 direct reports, who in turn oversee 36 non-exempt staff members.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with eight to ten years of relevant experience, with at least five years experience managing a large staff.  Preference given to candidates with a graduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, knowledge of collection laws and best practices, and knowledge of financial statements and risk assessment.
