Credit Supervisor

Cornwell Quality Tools Company, an employee-owned company, seeks an individual for the position of Credit Supervisor.  This position is responsible for extending credit in a consumer-type environment. A thorough knowledge of credit reporting, including E-Oscar and credit scoring, is a must.  This includes the understanding of “risk-reward” decision-making.  The candidate for this position must also have a thorough understanding of collection laws and techniques.  This position will supervise up to 6 individuals after building up the department. The background of the candidate must include ten years overall credit and collections specifically in consumer credit and collections.  Proficiency in Word® and Excel® as well as other Windows® based software is also a requirement.  Five years of progressive supervisory experience and responsibility is a must.  A college degree in Finance/ Accounting preferred or equivalent experience can be substituted. Salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
