Responsibilities:Gather information to be used in establishing lines of credit Create letters of credit Analysis of past due accountsFollow-up on past due business accounts Process Payments Provide customer service Research  Resolve invoice discrepancies Process Deductions for Large client baseConstant review to ensure compliance within company policies

Qualifications:Credit or collections work experience is neededAbility to trouble-shoot Work independently Strong oral and written communication skills Good telephone communication skills Ability to obtain desired results with key accounts Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel
