Credit and Collections Representative II

Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  SN-05102-508084 Location:  San Diego, CA 92111 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Credit and Collections Representative II   The credit and collection specialist position will include the following duties: * Review and analyze deduction documentation. * Reconcile, collect and adjust deductions. * Call customers for information and explanations regarding issues. * Collect open invoices and deductions. * Make collection calls and write collection letters to collect on open invoices. * Minimize bad debt write offs to improve A/R collections * Attend credit related trade groups and national sales meetings. * Release all blocked delivery documents in assigned area. * Inform the sales staff of orders and order resolution. * Increase credit limits within authorized parameters.
