Consumer and Market Research Manager $110-125K base
The position will be responsible for developing and executing consumer and market understanding strategies, while supporting initiatives in North America . This is a critical role in helping the firm expand its understanding of, and insights into, the US market and helping inject that learning into all relevant parts of the business. Specifically, as the “voice of the consumer” you will: Create a deeper insight and understanding capability (for both base business and new product development) within the organization and ensure meaningful insights are leveraged across Marketing, Sales, and Product/Package Innovation; Manage all brand health and tracking studies/research (both qualitative and quantitative) and ensure development and articulation of insights and learning to inform and improve communications; Identify innovation opportunities and make robust predictions of business outcomes; and Select optimal research firm project partners and syndicated data suppliers, negotiate best costs and successfully manage within research budget.
