Customer Account Coordinator

Our client is seeking  a self motivated individual with several years of business experience to project manage  the  invoice processing/ cost-tracking of advertising  projects for client account(S). The individual will review/audit advertising agency billing invoices, ensure compliance with client production policy guidelines, perform data entry, compile client spending reports and liaison with major clients and agency personnel.

Prospective candidate should possess strong math, personal computer (Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and communication skills.  Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter and able to function effectively as an important member on a  team.  Essential is strong Time-Management skill as well as the  ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Minimum of 7 - 10 years related work experience to include accounting/billing or financial services background.  Advertising experience preferred but not mandatory.
