We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Customer Accounting Supervisor to join our Customer Accounting team in Woburn, MA.

 



Summary:

The Customer Account Supervisor will manage a staff of Senior Customer Account Analysts, Customer Account Analysts, and Cash Applications Analyst to reconcile and reduce receivable balances within assigned portfolios by interpreting lease language, auditing billing amounts, researching pay histories and communicating with customers on a daily basis.  The incumbent will lead their team and work with their customers to identify and implement efficiencies to streamline the receivables process. The expected results are measured quarterly by the defined goals (Accounts Receivable (AR) reduction, run rate reconciliations, etc.).



 

Education and Experience:Four year college degree required. Minimum 4 years collections or account reconciliation experience in an Accounts Receivable environment required. Oracle AR module experience desired. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience in tower, leasing, or communications industry preferred.
