Payroll Customer Care Representatives Needed



SUMMARY

Responsible for keying and processing timely and accurate payrolls. Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. Manage and maintain assigned client base and deliver a high level of customer service. Assist with quarter and year-end processing reconciliations. Research and respond to all internal communications in a timely manner. Assist in reception, production, tax and other areas during peak times as needed.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Key and process existing clients' payrolls Key and process existing clients' company and employee changes Provide customer service in client inquiries and assist in resolution of problems. send general information notices to clients Produce weekly reporting as required for supervisor Inform supervisor of any escalated client issues Handle, distribute confidential information Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees in the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
