DescriptionThe Customer Control and Account Representative handles the financial side of customer accounts. This includes handeling customer calls and entry and updates to various customer tracking systems.Required Skills

Basic computer entry. Ability to interact with customer in a professional manner via phone, chat and e-mail. Ability to work in a team environment. Abilty to multi-task.Required Experience

Very basic accounting knowledge -including knowing the differences between credit and debits. Mimumum of 1 year or Customer Services Experience, preferrably in a call center environment. Collection experience helpful. Basic Excel. Experience with Great Plains helpful.
