Customer Service Agent

Pilot Freight Services, a service-driven Freight Forwarder in Domestic and International Shipping, is looking for an ambitious individual to join our team in Detroit.  Primary responsibilities will include tracking and tracing, customer service, and quoting.  Must have strong attention to detail, excellent telephone skills, be capable of multi-tasking and have an understanding of the transportation industry.  Must be able to work closely with other Pilot stations and agents to ensure 100% accuracy and service levels.  Must also have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.  The right individual will be self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of direct supervision.  If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with people, and creative problem-solving then this is an excellent opportunity for you.  This is an entry-level position.  A High School diploma is required and any relevant work experience or education pertaining to the transportation industry will be viewed favorably.  Competitive salary with full benefits package, Health Insurance, and 401K.  Reply to: Pilot Freight Services, 314 N.
