We are seeking a fulltime Customer Service Representative for our location in Moline, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positive and collaborative relationships with an assigned group of Debt Management clients. You will periodically review your clients’ account activity to identify potential or existing problems, such as missed or insufficient payments and then work with the clients to proactively solve or prevent problems. You will respond to client inquiries concerning account activity and monthly statements. You will also interact with your clients’ creditors to resolve issues with rejected Debt Management Proposals or missed payments. Some evening hours are required.

Starting Pay range is $13.00 an hour. We offer an outstanding benefits package including company paid health, life and long-term disability insurance, 403(b), pension plan and paid time off.

Requirements
To qualify an Associate’s degree is preferred, preferably in Business, or at least 2 years of related experience can be substituted for a degree. A desire to relate empathetically to clients and their financial problems and excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and computer skills. A Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for experience.
