Experience developing tools and applications against relational databases in Microsoft Access and SQL Server. 4+ years experience with relational database design Experience with gathering and clarifying client requirements is a big huge plus Experience with relational database administration is a big plus Experience with VBA or VB is a big plus Experience with regular expressions, ASP, .NET, and/or Perl might come in handy occasionally.
