Dealer Compliance Assistant

The Costco Auto Program is in need of a Dealer Compliance Assistant to add to our growing Operations Department.  This is a new position!

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:



accurately entering monthly allocation photographs of Costco Warehouse Automotive displays



maintain/update master database spreadsheet

Gather information, data entry and occasional call backs to warehouse inquiries

This position will work closely with the Dealer Compliance and Warehouse Marketing Support departments.  This position requires an assertive, self-motivating, detail oriented person, who is able to meet deadlines under pressure and work independently.  The Dealer Compliance Assistant will also contribute to a variety of Operations Department activities as required.  Some travel may be required.  Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications required:

Strong Word and Excel skills (candidates will be tested in these areas if interviewed)
Flexible/adaptable to change while working to meet deadlines
Detail Oriented
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self starter, team player with a positive attitude
Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast paced
