Media Billing Coordinator

 

 

Overview

A Digital Media Coordinator works closely with the display media team and the accounting department. Coordinators are responsible for all of the financial activity around digital media buys for multiple clients.

 

Education & Skills

· Strong working knowledge of Excel and media billing systems

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills

· Resourceful and detail oriented

· Ability to multi-task effectively, be highly organized and responsive

· High School Diploma, Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree

· Knowledge of Datatech is a plus



Responsibilities

· Gain an understanding of client requirements in regard to billing needs and timing

· Work closely with accounting department, assistants and planners to resolve billing discrepancies on a timely basis

· Enter media buys into billing system

· Ensure billing system is updated when campaign changes are made

· Approve invoices based on campaign reports and keep budget sheets up to date

· Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients

 

Experience

Candidates with previous experience in a digital billing role within an advertising or media services agency are preferred, but not required.
