Direct Hire-Administrative Assistant in HR Dept-Montclair, NJ!!!

A growing company in Montclair, NJ is currently looking for an administrative assistant in the human resource department. They are looking for someone who has supported an HR department in the past. Job Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to Human Resources Department on an as needed basis which includes; photocopying, filing, distribution of emails and hardcopy materials and phone coverage for HR department. Maintains employee database HRIS and other confidential personnel files, etc.  Help coordinate registration for all career and recruitment fairs in addition to attending events.  Work with Marketing Department to obtain all necessary materials for the events. Prepare and process new hire orientation materials; including ordering supplies and maintaining updates of all new hire paperwork. Assist with the paperwork associated with new hire assignments. Assists in postings of job requisitions on internet sites, ie Monster, HotJobs, Careerbuilder etc and college recruitment boards. Maintains the Employee Handbook and updates as needed.Required: A bachelor's degree is a PLUS not a must Intermediate with Word and excel Professional, upbeat personality, and a team player Able to do Overtime 2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant in an HR department RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
