ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The FTI Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment provides law firms and corporations around the globe with the industry’s best and most complete range of forensic and litigation services. As an independent consulting firm, we combine end-to-end capabilities with unmatched qualifications.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The Director will assist the Managing Director in Litigation Services.
• Assist in establishing marketing plan, targets and acceptable levels of prospect activity.
• Deliver presentations on the spectrum of services to potential clients.
• Serve as the lead on securities and any other litigation related engagements.
• Demonstrate support in advancing company and office objectives of profitability, professionalism and teamwork with staff and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A clear understanding of FTI’s scope of products and expertise within the industry.
• Experience in Litigation assignments.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PC environment and related software, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel when requested. Must possess sufficient credit to meet travel requirements of the job (i.e. rental cars, hotel accommodation, meals while on work assignments, etc).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree
• Preferably MBA, CPA, JD
• Must have experience in Litigation Services.
