Job # 61957 Top Notch organization in the Financial District is looking for a Director level Compensation professional to join their dynamic team! Responsibilities: Develop, implement and administer the Company's compensation programs Review current range structures, recommend changes and/or develop ranges where non existent. Review internal positions for compliance with FLSA Develop and document policies and guidelines for the organization in regards to conducting effective salary surveys in a timely and efficient manner nationally for non-exempt roles. Make recommendations on the grading of positions and benchmarking. Participate in merit increase program Perform analysis and recommend job evaluations using the Company's job evaluation systems Qualifications: BA/BS degree required- MBA desired 7+ years of strong Compensation experience Demonstrated experience implementing compensation structures in diverse organizations Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to make presentations Excellent analyzing abilities, detail oriented with good planning/organizational skills Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferredInterested candidates should submit their resumes in Word format to hrdivision@hollisterstaff.com .
