Director of Finance

Director of Finance - Part time This part time contract-to-hire position will have responsibility over financial planning, budgeting, accounting and financial reporting.  Part-time is defined by 2.5 days per week and 3-4 days per week during month end close.  Duties include:Working closely with business unit leaders and advice on financial and strategic matters Assisting in development of strategic financial planning of business units Leading the annual budgeting process for business unit Managing the financial transactions and interaction with corporate accounting Supporting corporate SOX initiatives and policies

Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required CPA/MBA required

Experience:3+ years as accounting management or controller experience Fast close experience Experience in tracking and reporting of financial variances Strong Excel and accounting software experience Demonstrated ability to solve problems Desire and experience to develop and support financial processes and controls
