Essential duties and responsibilities

·  Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial statement for parent company and fully responsible for the financial statements of assigned joint ventures.

·  Prepare monthly journal entries.

·  Responsible for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and material variances.

·  Preparation of support schedules for consolidation statements.

·  Assist in valuation of acquisitions.

·  Prepare bank reconciliations.

·  Assist in preparation of annual reports.

·  Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

·  Assist in the preparation of tax related issues and filings of parent company or act as liaison to outside accounting firm in regard to tax entries and reporting.

 

Qualifications

·  Degree in accounting.

·  CPA preferred.

·  5-7 years joint venture financial statements preparation, knowledgeable in reporting of minority interest share.

·  Strong interpersonal skills.

·  Salary commensurate with experience.
