DISTRICT MANAGER – Seattle, WA

The District Manager is responsible for the management of a specific district consisting of multiple retail branches. The position ensures implementation of the policies and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the branches. Position is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is maintained while meeting or exceeding company goals and objectives. The District Manager will work toward building a team environment that supports company values in a way that supports Branch team members in the delivery of services to all customers. The position will help drive nationwide retail expansion and motivate a large staff to achieve and exceed sales plans, maintain excellent communication across all levels of management and direct reports. Position will manage operational issues in running a free-standing retail branch including security, human resources, loan systems and other.

 

This position requires excellent communication skills, exceptional leadership skills, computer proficiency, entrepreneurial attitude, a wide variety of creativity, Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a knowledge of basic Human Resource policies and procedures.

 

Position Requirements:

** Knowledge of basic Human Resources policies and procedures

** Must have ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization

** College Degree preferred

** Specialty retail experience with 3+ years at the District Manager level overseeing multiple locations

** Outstanding leadership, time management, communication, and operational skills

** Proven track record of developing management teams

** Good decision-making skills and the ability to function well under stress

** Outgoing and detail oriented

** Computer proficient
