My client is looking for 2 Sales Managers who will be responsible for building and managing an Inside Sales Team in a high intensity, aggressive inside sales environment to sell the complete line of financial products and services to prospective businesses and/or maintain current programs from existing customers.  Seeking strong leaders to manage and develop our employees. Sales involves on behalf of clients’ partners to sell our products.  Leads are ‘warm’ and will be receptive to your consultation.  There is no cold-calling.

My client only hires strong closers—sales people who will work hard and rebuttal clients until they have no more objections.  The Manager must have exceptional verbal skills, leadership skills and strong selling sales skills to demonstrate how to question effectively over the phone, project authority and close the sale.  The contact consists of new business owners, advising clients on what the next steps are to make their new business successful.
