Documentation Specialist

A national leasing company headquartered in Walker, Michigan is seeking an experienced data entry loan processor for their funding department. Selected candidate will be responsible for keying lease applications received via fax, email and mail into a custom loan program. Candidate will process application data, order credit reports, transmit to the Credit Department, transmit credit decision to originator, prepare document packages, and review of original financing documents for final funding. Position also requires screening and forwarding incoming calls. Applicants must have a minimum of 1-year data entry experience, possess excellent references and attendance record, and have superior telephone and computer skills in Word, Excel, and data entry. Candidates should be organized, detail oriented and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Salary is commensurate with level of experience.
