There is a tremendous amount of growth opportunity in both title and salary because the company growth potential. The right Individual will be willing and able to do payroll up to G/L. He or she will need to be the type who thrives from a changing and challenging environment. Experience will include 2-5 years as a Staff Accountant, preferably in a publicly-traded company and/or corporate finance office. Responsibilities will include: • Record daily Sales and Accounts Receivable activity in the general ledger • Maintain royalty accounting records and record entries in the general ledger • Prepare and maintain fixed assets, prepaids, and intangible assets schedules • Prepare monthly back reconciliations • Assist with Accounts Payable processing, as required • Responsible for payroll. • Prepare and record recurring, non-recurring, and month-end journal entries • Ensure that journal entries are properly documented and approved • Perform selected account reconciliations and resolve issues, as required • Assist with the month-end close and maintain the support documentation • Assist with compiling information for financial statements preparation For immediate consideration please email your resume in word format to isabel.lopera@ajilonfinance.com Salary/Pay Rate: Pays $60,000-$80,000 plus bonus About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
