In this role you will be involved in: ·  Review employer plans on-site for compliance with IRS/DOL laws and regulations·  Research any topic that may concern ongoing administration of any pension or welfare benefit plans·  Represent the plan before the IRS, governmental agencies, auditors, etc., to resolve plan defects.·  Prepare or review and 5500 returns·  Review new or existing plan design features and options, giving consideration to client needs or objectives, in accordance with government rules and regulations·  Review plan design as it relates to administrative practices to ensure that the plan is being administered properly and that the plan complies with governmental rules and regulations. ·  SPD and SMM drafting for pension and welfare benefit plans. ·  Both full and limited scope DOL compliance audits and SEC Form 11-K filings They are looking for someone with their B.S. in Accounting and 5+ years public accounting experience and at least 2 years focused on employee benefit audits. Please attach a Word version of your resume as an attachment when you respond."Also visit us at www.genpcareers.com to view additional opportunities"Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.
