The Technology Consulting & Solutions team provides technology solutions to solve clients' operational problems. Our approach and capabilities include assessment, strategy development and software selection, and implementation. The initial focus of each of these approaches is business process based, followed by a focus on the critical organizational and people aspects and, finally, the technology issues appropriate for the solving the operational problem.

Position Summary:

Consults with clients to evaluate and implement software solutions for manufacturing clients, including assessment, planning, process improvement, training, testing and project management.

Experience:

8+ years of experience with a national, large regional, or system integrator consulting firm or equivalent manufacturing industry experiencePractical, business solutions orientationSignificant automotive supplier and/or medical device experienceVery strong understanding of production, materials management, customer service, or accounting processesImplementation experience with QAD or Plexus ERP SystemsExperience in project management, particularly within context of ERP implementationsTeam player, good communication skills, able to explain complex systems issues with non-IT personnel effectively, well organized, good follow through, self starterExperience and success in selling services to manufacturing clients

Certificates, Licenses, Education:Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred, degree in Accounting preferredCPIM preferred

Travel:

Must be willing to travel up to 60% within the Midwest
