Electrical Power Lines Specialist

Reputable, well-established, leading electrical contractor has an exceptional opportunity for an individual experienced and knowledgeable with the building and maintenance of electrical power lines, facilities and equipment.

 

If you have experience with the building and/or maintenance of power lines, exceptional attention to detail, a can-do attitude that enjoys a fast-paced environment that prides itself on creative problem solving skills, you may qualify for this position. You will be responsible for reviewing the work in progress and associated billing/invoicing documents, reconciling the billable units and ensuring that all work and units have been processed for invoicing. 

 

Essentials Requirements:

 Three (3) plus years of power line experience as a lineman or related position;Experience with accounting for all aspects (material, time, supplies, etc.) of a construction project;Proven  ability to read, analyze and interpret financial and operational reports;Ability to read blueprints, schematics, etc;Verifiable experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, etc) is required;Exceptional customer service skills;Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision;Detail oriented always mindful of achieving timely results. 

Essential Functions:

 Ensure that all billable units on any job/project are accurately and fully accounted for;Perform all related data entry functions;Provide and maintain usage/billing reports and other reports as requested by management;Ensures that all billable units are within acceptable limits;Travel throughout the region to each site on a regular basis.
