Employee Relations Specialist

Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. (NYSE: HPY) has grown to become the 6th largest credit card processor in the U.S. and 12th in the world. Since its founding 10 years ago -- by offering best-in-class credit/debit/prepaid card processing, payroll and check management solutions -- Heartland has added real value to our more than 162,000 merchants and 1600 sales and servicing professionals nationwide out of a team of over 2,300 employees in operations, sales, IT, marketing and administration.

Heartland processed its first card transaction on July 15, 1997 with a business investment of $1 million. Today, Heartland has become the sixth largest payment processor, with over $50 billion of annual processing volume from current merchants.

Heartland's success is the result of the combination of a superior long-term customer relationship sales model and its internally-developed, client-server based transaction processing platform. Heartland delivers tailored solutions to even the most demanding markets such as retail, restaurant, hospitality and community banks. In addition, Heartland has been effective in servicing auto repair facilities, convenience and liquor stores and professional service providers.

With its corporate headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey and satellite offices in North Olmsted, Ohio; Frisco, Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona; and its Service Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana providing customers with 24-hour support and technical service, Heartland is well positioned geographically to support its national sales organization of W-2 employed sales professionals.

Heartland is the founding supporter of The Merchant Bill of Rights, a public advocacy initiative that educates merchants about fair credit and debit card processing practices.  For more information, visit www.heartlandpaymentsystems.com and www.MerchantBillOfRights.com
