Energy Analyst

GSH, a Global Energy & Facilities Maintenance Company with over 100 years of expertise and experience, is looking for an Energy Analyst.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include:  Under general supervision, performs detailed complex duties to provide technical and administrative support to the energy department on a portfolio of properties, as well as, specific projects or function.  Identifies assists and ensures implementation of cost effective building operations, consumption monitoring, and advising of potential spike, variances, issues at a site.  Assignments are broad in nature, complex and usually requiring originality and ingenuity.  Works independently in accordance with company directives.  Preparing and submitting detailed, complex monthly, quarterly, and annual energy reports.  Investigates complex utility bills and metering anomalies for electricity, natural gas, and chilled water and hot water distribution systems.  Identifies and ensures implementation of opportunities for applying cost-effective efficiency and alternate fuel technologies.  Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task for groups to integrate activates, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies

Additional Requirements include:

 

·        Mechanical Engineering degree

 

·        Minimum 1-2 years experience in Commercial HVAC Industry

 

·        Strong Mechanical and technical background
