We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in our Philadelphia office.  The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, filing, customer billing and collections. 

 

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and essential skills.  High School diploma; college background in general business administration or comparable professional experience.  The ability to lift and carry up to sixty pounds up two flights of stairs.  The ability to write, read, and speak English clearly.  Excellent written and verbal skills.  Excellent telephone manner and the ability to use a multi-line handset telephone.  Excellent organizational skills.  Capable of operating a standard computer terminal and keyboard.  Desire and ability to work as a team player.  Ability to interface with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner.  The ability to work well under pressure.  Neat professional appearance.  No history of criminal convictions.
