Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk wanted to join Amazing TEAM!!

Large Power company located in Hacienda Heights is actively seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!  This is a great opportunity for any candidate with 6 months to 1 year experience who wants to gain more accounting knowledge and industry experience.  This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity and the salary is up to $14.00 per hour.  Major Duties and Responsibilities: (E = Essential; D = Desirable) - Process accounts payable. (E) - File processed invoices and completed checks. (E) - Pull backup for check runs and mail finished checks. (E) - Perform data entry of A/P. (E) - Maintain computer check data files. (E) - Perform other duties as assigned. (E) Skills and Experience: - Minimum of six months A/P experience. - Data entry experience. - Accurate, good with numbers. - 10 key by touch. - Typing 30 - 40 wpm. - Good oral and written communication skills. Education and/or Training: - High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
