Currently we are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our Austin team. We offer a fun relaxed atmosphere, competitive pay, and great benefits. Reporting to the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, this position is primarily responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting financial data. Uses independence and judgment to work within set policies and procedures to solve problems. Is accountable for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of own work. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.


RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Generates weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for operations management
· Assists in preparation of annual operating budgets and monthly updates
· Processes monthly bonus payouts
· Analyzes and explains expense variances to budget
· Provides ad hoc financial analysis as requested
· Develops financial models to support business decisions as needed



Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent from a four year college or university
· 2 - 4 years related experience
· Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL
· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work
· Time management and organizational skills
