Entry Level thru Senior Tax/Tax Manager

Responsibilities include :- Advise clients regarding corporate, partnership, and multi-state tax issues- Review complex corporate, consolidated, partnership, and multi-state tax returns- Perform FAS 109 accounting for the income tax of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and non-SEC clients- Understand and analyze the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) rules affecting the taxpayer- Manage cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-class services- Work in, and be part of, a multi-disciplinary team- Develop, train, and mentor staff

 

Qualifications:- 5 + years of federal, corporate, tax experience with strong skills in reviewing 1120 corporate consolidated and multi-state tax returns- In-depth experience in FAS 109- Experience with partnership issues- Able to use research tools and provide tax advisory services- Knowledge of corporate tax matters- Outstanding client interaction skills- BA/BS degree in Accounting - CPA requiredInterested candidates apply online or call us at 214-342-1000For other opportunities in Accounting and Finance check out our website at                                             www.glrecruiting.com
