Equity Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:Executive compensation analysis – BOD level executive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, compliance with plans and SEC reporting requirements.  Also help to plan future compensation structure (type, timing and amount).

 FAS 123R – Equity expense calculation, along with related calculations and SEC required disclosures.

 Equity administration – Administration and compliance of VSEA’s corporate and international compensation plans, including, but not limited to, stock options, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, etc.  Also responsible for evaluating best practices and developments in applicable laws to drive changes in compensation practices.

 

Qualifications:


BS in Accounting required, and CPA preferred. Individual must be capable of interacting independently with peers and management, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, work under deadlines and multitask. Candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably with a Big 4 CPA firm.
