As an Executive Recruiter for Ledgent, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience and contact network for the benefit of hiring managers and candidates in the Accounting and Finance Industry. You will: • Recruit professional accounting and finance candidates for open positions while leveraging your network, direct sourcing and online recruiting. • Interview accounting and finance candidates to select for skills and learn career objectives. • Counsel your candidates to help them best match their skills and background to career opportunities. • Acquire new clients through sales and marketing efforts including cold-calling and networking & referrals. • Consult with hiring managers at client companies to learn their unique needs and requirements, present candidates and manage interviews and offers. • Manage feedback and follow-up throughout the interview and negotiation process. • Build long-term relationships with your candidates and clients.Requirements We offer a very aggressive compensation plan as well as an option for a base salary plus commission plan.  Great benefits and we give you the time you need to be successful.
