The International Assignment Services (IAS) Group provides comprehensive tax compliance and related consulting services to multinational corporate and individual clients from California to New York. The IAS practice combines the high quality technical expertise generally found in the Big 4 Accounting firms with the responsive, personal services regional firms are known for, creating a rewarding work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare US individual tax returns for expatriates & inpatriates Prepare tax equalization and tax protection calculations Assist with research and consulting projects including US federal and state tax research on individual tax issues Prepare year end compensation reviews for Form W-2 and 1042 purposes Communicate with clients regarding tax return information & status Proactively communicate with supervisors on status of projects and assistance needed Progress professionally by working towards passing the CPA exam and staying current with federal and state tax law changes and attending continuing professional education classes



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:General tax knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to successfully multi-task projects Efficient in adhering to given budgets and deadlines Highly motivated self starter who takes ownership of work


Education & Experience Requirements: BS/BBA/BA Accounting or finance related field preferred 0-3 years of professional experience, preferably in Public Accounting CPA license preferred, but not required Experience working in individual and/or international tax preferred
