About the Position:
Venturity Financial Partners is seeking an experienced bookkeeper looking for an opportunity to learn and grow as part of a premier finance department. The right person for this position would see themselves as outgoing, and would be comfortable communicating regularly with client personnel. The right person would also have strong Excel and Word skills, and experience with Great Plains and QuickBooks software would be a bonus. Previous responsibility for the full month-end close process is a must.

Qualified candidates must have at least 8 years of accounting experience without a Bachelor's degree or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years experience. Experience with Excel is required (there is a test before hire).

This position would be responsible for managing and performing the month-end close process for a group of our clients. There are also opportunities for participation in special projects for our clients that provide further growth and learning experiences. Success in this position could lead to a promotion to a Controller position as our organization continues to grow.
