This group's diverse responsibilities include oversight of domestic and international transaction accounting; assessing tax implications; acquisition accounting; new accounting pronouncement interpretation; assessing fee based services; accounting for shareholder equity, stock-based compensation, ad hoc analyses and special projects. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to provide leadership and evaluation of FASB and SEC pronouncements and liaise with the various entities with the firm. Requirements include 3-7 years experience in public accounting (big 5 a plus), and experience within a large corporate enterprise and/or a CPA are both a plus, but not necessary. Candidate must possess superior communication, leadership and pc skills along with a strong team attitude.
