The position is in Chicago. OVERVIEW: Prepare and submit required filings for the company with the SEC, including the 10-K, 10-Q, 11-K and proxy statement.  Coordinate the accounting for the Equity plans for the company, preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of the related accounts. Company point of contact for equity plan issues for internal and external customers, as well as the external legal Coordinator.  Assist with month end close and other accounting research and projects.  QULAIFICATIONS: Bachelors in accounting CPA or a related graduate degree Four+ years of accounting experience (Public Accounting preferred). Extensive knowledge in GAAP and interpreting FASB.
