FAMILY OFFICE - TAX MANAGER

GREAT POSITION for BIG 4 or National CPA Firm Tax Senior or light manager in prestigious diversified family office on Westside.

The Tax Manager will be responsible for providing support to the Chief Financial Office of the family office.  This candidate will have strong background in taxation. 

 

The general functions are tax compliance, tax research, and tax planning for this family with investments in many areas including real estate, oil and gas, farming, various businesses.  There will be special projects throughout the year as financial transactions are considered.  Additionally, there may be some accounting work; audit experience is a plus, but not required. 

 

The position will be on a full-time basis

 

Position Qualifications

 

Education: BA or BS in Business Administration or Accounting.  MBT a plus.

 

Prior Experience: Minimum of 6 years of prior diverse general tax experience, Income, gift, and excise tax experience Aviation experience is a plus

 

Special Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and Peachtree,
