Assisting with federal and state income tax compliance and managing tax examinations. Researching tax technical issues including the tax implications of FASB pronouncements. Managing transfer pricing and assisting with international tax planning. Qualified candidates will possess 5+ years of strong Federal Tax (FAS 109) experience, and preferably a mix of public accounting and private experience.
