FINANCIAL REPORTING ASSOCIATE

A fast growing progressive investment company in the South Bay is looking for a Financial Reporting Associate to help support its external reporting requirements. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 Preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, for both management and external users. Support the preparation of the quarterly 10Q and annual 10K. Support the preparation of financial reporting for Joint Ventures.Actively participate in special projects utilizing technical accounting and analytical skills to make recommendations to upper management.Provide management decision support with accurate reports in a timely manner. Work with Operations to ensure the relevance and accuracy of reporting. Assist in documentation and testing for Sarbanes Oxley. Special projects as assigned.

 

Required Education/Work Experience/Skill:BS in Accounting, Finance or related.3 years experience with a Big 4 Public Accounting firm.External reporting experience is a must.
